The General Directorate for Defence Investments and Armaments (GDDIA) has announced that an Information Day will take place on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at the Hellenic Armed Forces Officers’ Club (LAED), Athens, within the framework of the Security Action for Europe (SAFE) Mechanism.
The purpose of the event is to brief representatives of the Greek defence industry on the opportunities and priorities related to the SAFE Mechanism.
Participation will be limited to two representatives per company, due to venue capacity restrictions.
The agenda will include:
Opening remarks by the Director General of GDDIA
Presentations on the SAFE Mechanism and national priorities by GDDIA and the Hellenic National Defence General Staff
Q&A sessions and open discussions with industry stakeholders
